Managing Instances & Impersonating Users in Motion 2

Here are the first steps to managing instances in a Motion 2 Workflow:

1. Head over to the Motion 2 component within Site Stacker
2. Click on 'Instances' and you should see a list of people for all Workflows that are currently in use on your Website

Note: To find a specific person, or search in a specific workflow, next to the 'New Instance' button you can search for a person's name, or choose the Workflow with the 'Workflow'  or 'Engagement' (if any have been set up) drop-downs.

Before heading to the next step of Impersonating a User in the Motion 2 Workflow, please Install the SessionBox Chrome extension. This will make sure that you can stay logged into the Admin section of SiteStacker while also viewing the selected person's Motion 2 data. 

Impersonating Users from a Motion 2 Workflow Instance:

1. Dive on into the Motion 2 component
2. Find the person within the 'Instances' tab
3. Find the person you wish to impersonate and click the 'i' to the right of their name
4. You will see an 'Impersonate' button
5. Hover over the part of the site (Dashboard area), press Shift, and then Click.
6. An 'Impersonate' window will show up, and where it says \[Click (or right click) to impersonate\], right-click this
7. You should see an option for SessionBox - Choose 'Open in temporary session'
