Wrapper view classes are publishing options for wrappers and modules in the Site Planner Component. When a wrapper or module is dragged to the Site Plan side, view classes will appear for the user to select. These view classes will decide the way the content appears on the front end of the web page. Top and bottom padding, side padding, centering, and background colors can be applied.

Importing Users

Importing Users is for the Admin to assign temporary passwords for these accounts so the user may gain access to the login from the front side to view their Donor dashboard. Before you can import Users, you will need to have the CRM records created first.

Note: Any bold fields you see below are required for the import to run correctly!

Once the CRM records for these users have been imported to SiteStacker, the Admin should:

Click the 'Import' component.
Click the 'Documentation' tab.
Scroll down to check the 'User' checkbox.
Click 'Download Selected' found on the upper right side of the window.

Reminder: The User is somebody who will be able to log in to your SiteStacker installation, and they will use their Email Address and the Password you generate for them to do so.

Importing Offline Batch Contributions

For importing offline batches, this will be done in multiple imports.

- In the admin view of Site Stacker, you will have to go to the 'Import' component

- Then click the 'Documentation' tab

From there, you should be able to see all 'templates' that can be imported into Site Stacker. When you check one of them, you can then click 'download selected', this will let you download the CSV file of the import file. Also, when you check on one of the documents, you will see the right side populate. This will show you all the columns that are in the import file as well as some description of what they are used for. The ones in 'Bold' are the required columns.

For your import, you will need three (3) import files; Offline Batch, Offline Transaction, and Offline Designation. That order is also the order for your import.

First is to import the Offline Batch (If you already have an existing batch, you can skip this but take note of the Offline Batch External ID as it is what you'll use to associate the Offline Transaction import).

Then you will import the Offline Transaction which is the Transaction Record (linked to the Offline Batch through external_contribution_bundle_id field and the external id on the offline batch).

The Offline Designation which is the Designation Record (linked to the Offline Transaction through external_contribution_batch_draft_id field and the external ID on offline transaction). Offline Transaction also has the capability

Use an HTML Mailto Link to Send Templated Email from Admins in the Dashboard

Site Stacker Dashboards, including Motion 2 workflows, are designed to send emails from the default system email setup on a Site Stacker installation. However, in some Motion 2 workflows, it can be useful to send an email directly from an administrative role. This can be done by adding an HTML mailto link in the body of a Motion 2 task.

Here is an example code that can be pasted into the HTML text of a body task. This particular email would be sent to a mobilization applicant, along with their two church contacts, and also cc'd to the sendgrid inbound email address that can be used to send email correspondence back to Site Stacker to be saved on the primary contact's activity list.
