Importing Content
Creating a Content Type Data Map
Before you can import records for a content type you must create a data map for that content type.
Create at least one folder for your content type in Site Planner and make note of the Content Item Folder ID
Open the “Architect” component
Click on the “Data Maps” button in the upper right corner of the component
Choose “Add” and fill out the required fields for your content type

Before you can connect the photos with CRM records, the images will need to be saved in File Manager first. Once the images are in File Manager, the file path for those images are what is used in the Person Photo import.

SiteStacker supports bulk importing to make data management and migration easy. All imports will need to be in comma-separated value (CSV), most applications will allow you to export to this option.
All import templates can be found in the Imports component under the Documentation tab. Once you identify the type of template you need, you can review the field formats and examples. To have a robust CRM your data needs to be linked together. To ensure SiteStacker can link everything together we have mapped a migration plan. The most important part is how the Person and their external ID are linked between all the data.

1. Open the Data Groups component in Site Stacker admin under the Data Tools component.
2. Click on tFew readersRelationship Import
To import a type of relationship between two CRM records, we must first make sure that this relationship is already configured. To do this, we go to the CRM component -Configuration -Relationship, and here we will see a list of the relationships that are already configured.
If the relationship we want to import is not already configured, we will click on "Add" and a window will appear where we can add the new relationship. Here we add the first label in the "Label" field (for example: ParenFew readersAssigning CRM records to User Groups
Once CRM records have been assigned as Users, an Admin can give these users deeper credentials to Site Stacker by assigning them to a 'User Group'. An Admin can configure each user group to view, add, delete, or edit specific components in SiteStacker.
Before assigning users to user groups, the Admin will need to add and configure the User Groups by:

Historic Giving is imported closer to go-live, possibly even after go-live to ensure fully accurate giving records. If custom fields are needed for existing data, then they can be added by going to the Historic Giving Component > Settings tab > Manage Extra Fields

Importing Users is for the Admin to assign temporary passwords for these accounts so the user may gain access to the login from the front side to view their Donor dashboard. Before you can import Users, you will need to have the CRM records created first.
Note: Any bold fields you see below are required for the import to run correctly!
Once the CRM records for these users have been imported to SiteStacker, the Admin should:
