Removing Test Users with Motion 2 Data

Here are the steps on how to remove test users with Motion 2 Data:


  1. Head over to the Motion 2 component within Site Stacker.
  2. Click on 'Engagements' and you should see a list of people for all Workflows that are currently in use on your site.
  3. Search for the Test User that you would like to remove.
  4. Click the 'Delete' button to remove the test user from the engagement.!Unassign Tasks from User
  5. A pop-up box will appear asking if you would like to delete it - click 'Yes'.
  6. Now that you have removed them completely from the Motion 2 instance, it is time to remove them from the CRM.
  7. Dive into the CRM component and search for the user that you removed from Motion 2.
  8. Right-click on the row and choose 'Delete' - Another pop-up box will appear asking if you would like to proceed. Click 'Yes.

  1. Apply the previous steps to ALL test users that you have used during Motion 2 testing!



Note: To find a specific person, or search in a specific workflow, next to the 'Add or Delete' button you can search for a person's name, or choose the Workflow with the 'Workflow'  or 'Engagement' (if any have been set up) drop-downs.
