A workflow is a process facilitated by Motion 2.5. A workflow is the encompassing hierarchy of landmarks, tasks, and triggers from start to finish. Users enter a workflow process by taking on a role. When one task is completed by a user in a workflow, Motion 2 has the capability to automatically direct the user to the next step.
