I Want to Manage Children That Do Not Have Sponsors Yet

1. From the Dashboard click Children and then Available on the main menu.
2. All children not listed in the grid are available to be sponsored and should be seen on the website.
3. You can search for children by name, or click the Show Filters button to search by Community or Country.
4. To select all children, click the checkbox in the header. To select one or more children, click the checkbox next to their names.
5. Once records are selected you have a number of available options you can take, or you can export all selected records to CSV.
6. You can take any of these same actions with an individual child record using the Actions menu to the far right of the record in the grid.
7. To open, view, or edit a child’s record click their name which will be highlighted in blue to visually reference that fact it is a clickable link.
