Reverse an Offline Gift Entry

1. Open “Contributions”.
2. Locate the gift entry you wish to reverse in the “Transactions View” tab, right-click it, and click “Reverse” from the pop-up menu.
3. A dialog box will ask you to confirm the Reversal.  Remember, this cannot be undone so proceed with caution.
4. Verify and save.
5. The result will be a new “reversal” transaction being created deducting the same amount as the original transaction, in essence, “zeroing it out”.
