Add an Offline Gift

1. On the SiteStacker Dashboard, click on the ‘Contributions’ icon.
2. Click on the blue bar or flyout, that is labeled ‘Menu/Search’.
3. Click ‘Add a Contribution’ and this should open a new popup.
4. Choose a Donor from the dropdown menu
5. 1. If you have not yet setup a specific donor for this contribution, click on the blue disk image to manage a new donor
   2. Note that all you need to create a new donor is a First Name, Last Name, and Email address to create this new CRM record - Anything else would be great to have, too!
   3. When finished creating a new Donor, be sure to click ‘Save & Close’
5. Once you’ve chosen your donor, choose the type to be ‘Offline’
6. On the Campaigns fieldset, choose the Campaign using the dropdown or by typing in the name of the campaign.
7. Enter the amount that you would like to give to the campaign you’ve chosen.
8. If you want to make the donation anonymous, click the ‘Anonymous’ checkbox and Add Notes if you would like to.
9. When finished, click ‘Submit’ and you should be greeted by a ‘Confirmation’ popup stating the campaign you are giving to, the amount, and the total.
