Filter, View and Export Giving Transactions and Designations

1. Open “Contributions”.
2. The first tab reveals a data grid of all giving transactions. A transaction is the total amount given, and every transaction has at least one designation but can also have many designations.
3. The second tab reveals a data grid of all “Campaign” designations. This tab helps you see a granular view of what is being given to, one designation at a time.
4. In either grid, use the Menu/Search bar on the left to filter the data set as desired. Don’t forget you can also add/remove data columns and drag and drop the columns to be presented in your desired order.
5. If desired, click the “Export as CSV” button at the bottom.
